New Online Duplicate Diploma & Education Verification Request Process

The Tennessee Department of Education handles public requests for duplicate diplomas and education verifications, which have historically been processed using paper forms. They are excited to announce that they have implemented an online request and payment system to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and productivity. Information on the request process and a link to the online system can be found on the department’s Duplicate Diploma and Education Verification webpage.   

To support this change,  districts should link to the department’s duplicate diploma and education verification webpage, where the paper forms and the new online request form are available.
