STATEMENT
The mission of
Ellen Myers Primary is to establish a strong foundation of skills for
lifelong learning for all our students
BELIEFS
We believe:
- All students can learn.
- Students learn in different ways; a variety of instructional
strategies should be employed to support their learning.
- Students should be taught the relevance of acquired knowledge and
skills to real-life situations.
- All students should have positive experiences at school.
- The school should be a clean, safe, and attractive facility.
- The school should maintain high standards for both students and
staff.
- Assessment strategies should provide a variety of opportunities for
students to demonstrate achievement.
- Student learning should be the shared responsibility of students, staff,
parents, and the community.
